IT-Based Projects

I. Resource-based projects
The teacher in this projects steps out of the traditional role of being an content expert  and information provider, and instead  lets the students find their own  facts and information. There are four general flow of events in resource-based projects, these are4 the following:
1.The teacher determines the topic for the examination of the class.
( the teacher gives specific topic to be discussed to the class)
                   2. The teacher presents the problem to the class.
(the teacher announces the  instruction  in doing the projects.
3.The students find information on the problem/questions.
(the learners analyze the problem/questions to get the necessary answer to it.)
                   4. Students organize their information  in response to the problem /questions.
(the students/learners has a final information that they gathered in response to the  problem
                                   or questions.
II. Simple Creation
The students are given or assigned  to create  their software materials to supplement the need  for relevant and effective materials.
Creativity is said to combine three kinds of  skills/abilities:
                  * Analyzing-examining and observing the similarities and the differences.
*Synthesizing- connecting of the ideas in order to create new ideas.
*Promoting- introducing of new ideas to allow to the public  to test the ideas themselves.

To develop creativity, there are five  key task  that may be recommended :
                 1. Define the task.
                 2.Brainstorm
                 3.Judge the ideas.
                 4.Act.
                 5.Adopt flexibility.
III. Guided Hypermedia Projects
The production of self-made multimedia projects can be approached in two different ways:
1.As an instructive tool, like for example by using of the power point presentation of the topic.
2.As an communication tool, when the learners do a multimedia presentation like                              photos, animation, audio, and etc., to simulate the television show.
IV.Web-Based Projects
The student may create their own web-page on the given topic. But for some learners,it may be too sophisticated and time consuming.
It should be said that posting of web pages in the internet allows the students a wider audience. They can be also linked  with the other related sites in the internet. But, as of now, this creativity project may be ambitious as a tool in the teaching-learning process.
